CALCULATING SALES VOLUME

For all calculations in the JavaFit compensation plan, $1 of sales volume is equal to $1 spent on product purchase. JavaFit does not use Bonus Volume, Commissionable Volume or any other term to reduce the value of the dollar spent by an Affiliate. In JavaFit, if you spend $1, you get $1 credited to the compensation plan.

All sales volume is accumulated in an Affiliate’s tracking center from 12:01 AM Sunday (Eastern Time) to midnight Sunday night (Eastern Time. Bonus checks for that volume will be paid on the following Friday.

The JavaFit compensation plan is designed to pay 52% of each dollar of sales volume back to the Affiliates. A Founder’s Pool of 2% of the company sales each month will be shared by all of the active Founders. The remaining 50% of sales volume will be paid in a combination of all of the remaining bonuses. The Fast Start Bonus is calculated at a maximum payout of 50% of the sales volume.

All sales volume (excluding an Affiliate’s initial four weeks) will be paid out in the Binary or Leadership bonuses. In the unlikely event that the calculations for these bonuses would require a payment in excess of 50%, all of the payments to Affiliates from these two bonuses would be reduced by a like percentage. For example, if the calculations for bonus checks would have the company paying 52% of the sales volume for Binary and Leadership bonuses, all of the bonus check amounts (in those two categories) would be reduced by 2%. This is an extremely rare anomaly in the Network Marketing industry (meaning that it rarely happens), but is addressed here to insure that the company can stay in business.

To be qualified to receive a bonus check, an Affiliate must have an activated Tracking Center (for the binary and leadership bonuses) and have the appropriate amount of PV($40 to be Fast Start Qualified, $80 to be Binary Qualified or $120 to be Leadership Qualified) in the trailing five week period.
