DEFINITIONS

All Independent Affiliates will better understand company policy by understanding the basic terms commonly used in company literature and public presentations.

Active: An Affiliate is considered active when they generate 40 PV in product business volume at least once every month.

Fast Start Qualified: An Affiliate is qualified to receive Fast Start Bonuses if they are active at the $40 PV level monthly.

Binary Qualified: Affiliates are qualified to receive Fast Start Bonuses plus Binary Bonuses if they are active at the $80 PV level monthly and they have sponsored and maintained one active Affiliate on each leg.

Leadership Qualified: Affiliates are qualified to receive Fast Start Bonuses, Binary Bonuses plus Leadership Bonuses if their tracking centers are Binary Qualified and they are active at the $120 PV level monthly.

Compression of Fast Start Bonuses: For the Fast Start bonuses, the commissions are calculated based on active levels.

Compression of Leadership Bonuses: Leadership bonuses are paid on 3 generations of Leadership Qualified Affiliates. If an Affiliate in the line of sponsorship is not Leadership Qualified as well as qualified to receive the particular level of Leadership Bonus, they are passed over for the Leadership bonus payment. Leadership Bonus payments are paid on 3 generations of “compressed” Leadership Qualified Affiliates

PV for satisfying qualification may be generated by personal purchases by the Affiliate or purchases by retail customers or by preferred customer volume on the following schedule:

$80 of preferred customer volume satisfies $40 of PV requirement
$160 of preferred customer volume satisfies $80 of PV requirement
$240 of preferred customer volume satisfies $120 of PV requirement

Personal Volume (PV): The total sales volume (expressed in dollars) purchased in an Affiliate’s ID number. These purchases could be made personally by the Affiliate or by a customer in the Affiliates number (retail customers purchasing on the Affiliates replicating website).

DBA: An Affiliate wishing to operate their Affiliation as a business entity, whether sole proprietor, partnership, corporation, or other form, must complete a “Doing Business Under Another Name (DBA) Form” and submit it with requisite documentation to JavaFit for approval. JavaFit reserves the right to levy a $100 fee, including penalties and administrative fees, to an Affiliate signed up as a fictitious entity that is not registered with the IRS.
Downline: All levels of Affiliates sponsored by or originating from a particular Affiliate. All Affiliates directly below your position in the genealogy chart.
