FOUNDER’S BONUS POOL

To become a Founder an Affiliate must be one of the first 500 Affiliates to purchase a Founder’s Pack. This package is comprised of four Executive Packs. The Founder’s Program will not be reoffered after the first 500 Founder’s Packs are purchased which means that no more than 500 Founders will ever exist. It is possible to have fewer than 500 Founders if a Founder becomes inactive or unqualified.

A Founder’s Bonus Pool will be created each month which is composed of 2% of the gross sales of JavaFit for that time period. The pool will be divided equally by all of the Affiliates who are active, qualified Founders for that month. To be active and qualified to receive the Founder’s bonus, an Affiliate must have $80 PV for the month. There is not a requirement for the Founder’s position to be Binary Qualified or Leadership Qualified.

The Founder’s bonus will be computed and paid monthly.

If a Founder is not active with an $80 PV in a particular month, they will be skipped or passed over for that particular Founder Bonus payment and any other payment that occurs until such time as they are active at $80 PV again. Once re-activated at $80 PV, the payments for Founder’s bonuses will be restarted.

A Founder will be permanently deleted from the Founders Club if they either resign from JavaFit or fail to renew their Affiliate position by paying the annual fee of $35.
