LEADERSHIP BONUS

JavaFit wishes to encourage Affiliates to continue to help Affiliates who they have sponsored. The company considers this a part of the leadership development process which is critical to the business building program. The leadership bonus is in place to encourage and reward that activity. The leadership bonus is paid to three levels of active and qualified Affiliates in the line of sponsorship. The leadership bonus is referred to as a matching bonus of the Affiliate’s binary bonus payment. Payments in the leadership bonus are at the following rate:

To earn 1st level Leadership Bonus, be personally qualified at the Manager Pack level and sponsor and maintain 2 Affiliates with 80 PV in each leg. In addition, have a minimum of 2 cycles in the commission week being paid.

To earn 2nd level Leadership Bonus, be personally qualified at the Executive Pack level and sponsor and maintain 4 Affiliates with 80 PV in each leg. In addition, have a minimum of 4 cycles in the commission week being paid.

To earn 3rd level Leadership Bonus, be personally qualified at the Executive Pack level and sponsor and maintain 6 Affiliates with 80 PV in each leg. In addition, have a minimum of 6 cycles in the commission week being paid.

Sponsor 15%
Sponsor’s sponsor 10%
Sponsor’s sponsor’s sponsor 5%

John sponsors Mary
Mary sponsors Bill
Bill sponsors Sue

John, Mary and Bill are all active and qualified to receive leadership bonuses. Sue earns a binary bonus of $1,000 for the week. The leadership bonuses would be as follows:

John $50
Mary $100
Bill $150
